According to #TMZ , #NubiaDelCarmenPreza filed a #Lawsuit in 2012 claiming the Star struck her with her Maserati as she was pushing a baby stroller in #West #Hollywood.
However, the nanny's infant did not sustain any injuries and the case quickly fell apart. The plaintiff dismissed the suit, ending another one of LiLo's legal problems.
